I can't get in any rooms on ICQ.COM

When I click any rooms like Romance or something on ICQ.COM, the small
chat window doesn't show up.

I'm using XP with service pack2, it should be something with Internet
Option.

I am using XP Home with service pack 2. The chat client (IRCQNET) is
JAVA based. Are you using Internet Explorer? You can also access the
chat rooms using mIRC that is a chat client.
